As President and CEO of Brilliant Healthcare Training and Consulting Group, Dr. Francis leads a dynamic organization committed to training, coaching, and consulting healthcare professionals and organizations for greater impact. Her work integrates business strategy, leadership development, and continuing education—bridging the gap between clinical excellence and effective leadership.
A lifelong learner and purpose-driven leader, Dr. Francis holds advanced degrees in Nursing Practice and Leadership, along with certifications in executive administration and critical care. Her leadership journey—rooted in resilience and faith—began in rural Jamaica and has evolved into a global platform for empowerment, education, and innovation in healthcare.
Dr. Francis is also the founder of Nurse Empowerment and Leadership Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring, educating, and equipping nurses through leadership conferences, community outreach, and professional development programs. She has spearheaded major initiatives such as the Nurse Empowerment & Leadership Conference, Next Gen Nurse Leaders Institute, and Healthcare Hands Across Jamaica, a humanitarian mission providing medical relief and leadership training to underserved communities.
